Capable of holding over a dozen people, we have to thank our partners at the Lake Superior Watershed Conservancy for helping us get out on the water. We provide the experts, the PFDs, and the paddles, so all you need to bring is yourself!

We’re a homegrown tour operator born out of the partnership between the Huron-Superior Regional Métis Community and the Lake Superior Watershed Conservancy. We offer walking and paddling tours in downtown Sault Ste. Marie and along the historic river lots and waters of the St. Mary’s River.

All our guides belong to the local Métis community. You can choose to explore the river in a Big Canoe, or keep your feet firmly on land with a walking tour, and know that you’ve helped to support a small, locally-run, Métis business.
