The Snak Shak Dairy Bar has been a staple in Selkirk, Manitoba since 1973.

Located at 545 Manitoba Avenue, this seasonal favourite is known for its classic walk-up window service, outdoor seating, and a menu packed with burgers, fries, sundaes, milkshakes, floats, and banana splits.

Thye have over 24 flavours of soft-serve ice cream plus hard ice cream, including their fan-favourite Black Licorice flavour.
