COVID has caused major delays and back up in the travel industry. We are working on all departures for travel prior to the 30th of April. If you are travelling after the 30th, please hang tight as we await Government advice for future travel.

If you are waiting for future travel credit vouchers from me, please know that we have been advised by suppliers that this could take up to 6 weeks. As soon as I receive your voucher I will get it out to you.

If you are seeking a refund, most suppliers are issuing future travel credits. If you have purchased insurance, we can submit a claim for reimbursement. If you have not purchased insurance, let's discuss when you would like to schedule your trip using your voucher.

If there are any updates or extensions to future travel and which departure dates may be affected, you will be notified. If you are travelling after the 30th and still wish to change your travel dates or cancel, please email me [email protected], it may be a bit of time before you hear back from me, as I must look after those departing sooner.
