🏒🥅Kicking off tomorrow here in Smiths Falls - head to the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre to check out all the action on the ice!🥅🏒

The NPHL Outlaw Championship is set to bring together the top teams from the Northern Premier Hockey League for a high-stakes, season-ending showdown.

Featuring six division-clinching teams along with two wildcard entries, the tournament represents the strongest competition the league has to offer. Every team has earned its place through a full season of play, setting the stage for intense, meaningful matchups from the opening puck drop.

With a $25,000 prize pool on the line, the Outlaw Championship is more than just a tournament — it’s where the best separate themselves.

This event is presented by the Northern Premier Hockey League in partnership with TSN1200.

🎨 The Town Hall Art Gallery welcomes artist Kairiin Bright to the space, exhibiting her works form April through the end of June.

Theatre and film have been lifelong passions for Kairiin. Her freelance design career has taken her across North America, from coast to coast and as far north as Dawson City, Yukon. Her work has been featured at the prestigious Prague Quadrennial, and she taught theatre design at Concordia University in Montreal for six years.

Since relocating to Smiths Falls in 2019, Kairiin has connected with local artists in both theatre and fine art. Designing scenery for The Wizard is…Odd!? in Almonte last year was a particular highlight. Grateful to be part of such a vibrant artistic community, she is delighted to contribute to its richness and diversity.

Her work is displayed in the lobby gallery and is accessible to all during regular business hours - or join us for Kairiin's Opening on April 11th from 3-5 pm!
