We will explore the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Southern Vancouver Island’s dramatic, windswept coastline on our quest to encounter Transient Killer Whales (Orcas); Humpbacks, Minke, & Gray Whales as well as White Sided Dolphins. But that’s not all; we will also introduce you to a variety of smaller marine mammals and sea birds. You will view Harbor Seals, Steller and California Sea Lions, all in their natural environments. Bird enthusiasts are treated to bald eagles in action, hunting and nesting, in addition to many species of other native marine birds.
