Sit up strait
Eat treats
Drink lots of water
Exercise regularly
Practice agility
Respect your limits
March to the best of your own drum
Be a dork
Dance like snoopy
Listen to others- but obey selectively
Love deeply through the planes of time
Go all in
Be loyal and dedicated
If you need to run away, always come home
Ask for affection
Kiss often
Play every chance you get
Jump in cold water and splash around trying to get others to join you
Don’t spend too much time in the bath
Do not resist the inevitable
Be curious and cautious of new territory
Take time to reflect by the ocean
Enjoy the darkness
Sleep outside
Protect your loved ones
Don’t be afraid to say no
Embrace the storms
Love your body at all stages
Live for adventure

Spring is in the air and I am ready for some adventures!! I am definitely open for small group tours and following covid guidelines.
We have recently been exploring the beautiful and untouched Eden Grove just past Big Lonley Doug, it is absolutely stunning in there 💕 🌲 🎒 🥾

Loved being back out on the trail this weekend!!
We hiked the bear hwy- my favourite 10k :) And although we didn’t manage to get one picture of it all- while we were watching a black bear fishing at the ocean side, two humpback whales breached right in front of us!!! It was amazing!! Life Is Good 🐾🐋😁

We spent some time at the Big Doug today on a trip which brought us to watching this video at the end of the day. I find it powerful and beautiful and wanted to share.

It's that time of year again, we get to start daytripping!! One of our favourite hobbies in the early spring is to do some big tree hunting for the season. I recently took out a few ladies who had a little gadget called 'plantsplay' which recorded the sound of the water travelling up the tree from it roots to tip, and played it back as music. It was really fun and so interesting to hear!
