We are excited to introduce Leigh as our newest Travel Advisor.
Leigh recently completed ACTA's Travel Agent Essentials program and brings a genuine passion for meaningful, immersive travel experiences to her clients. Her travel philosophy is simple: slow down, stay longer, and truly experience a destination through its culture, history, food, wine, and the everyday moments that make it special.
Italy completely captured her heart and remains one of her favourite destinations. She is currently inspired by the prospect of exploring Portugal and Panama, while an African safari and sailing through Australia's Whitsunday Islands remain high on her personal travel bucket list.
Leigh has a particular appreciation for charming small towns, authentic local experiences, and off-the-beaten-path adventures. Whether you're dreaming of a relaxed European escape, a cultural journey, or a carefully paced itinerary designed for deeper exploration, she loves helping travellers create experiences that feel personal, memorable, and enriching.
Looking ahead, Leigh plans to specialize in and host small-group journeys designed for active and adventurous travellers aged 50 and over. Her vision is to create thoughtfully paced itineraries that combine cultural immersion, local cuisine, scenic walks, unique experiences, and meaningful connections with fellow travellers. These future hosted departures will focus on the concept of "slow travel," spending more time in fewer destinations and experiencing destinations more deeply while enjoying the camaraderie and confidence that comes with travelling as part of a small group.
When she's not planning vacations, Leigh enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, RVing, kayaking, golfing, discovering great food, and relaxing with a good book, preferably somewhere warm and sunny.
