24 hours of very strong winds and power out a few times, lucky only for 10 mins or so each time. Had a few shingles blown away but already repaired by a local roofing company. Thank you above all roofing!

Today I was installing the final new kitchen in cottage 206, When I took out the old base cabinets I found a letter from one of my older tenants, Walter Dewsbury and his wife Betty, Walter was a WW2 vet having been wounded at D- Day. He stayed with me for about 10 years throughout the winters, both he and his wife have passed. The stampp is .46 cents so I know they meant to mail this letter in 1999. Tomorrow I will get a new stamp and mail this long lost letter, I hope Mr. and Mrs. Busk are still living at this address in Blind River and I hope they are happy to finally receive this dusty and a little dirty letter or it may be a Christmas card.
