Bear Lake Cottage

Now renting for weekends and midweek in September!

We have a 3 bed 2 bath, between Huntsville and Parry sound. Lots of boats and lots to do. New build with two docks so lots to explore.

It’s not a big cottage. All three rooms are almost exactly the same.
We have a unique property with two docks. - Traegar which is like a bbq/smoker in one.
- A pedal boat
- Two canoes
- 2 kayaks
- 1 Sup
- Inflatable kayak and row boat
- Windsurf equipment
- A 6x20 foam mat
- Two firepits

There is allot of crown land on the lake to explore including an island right across from the cottage.

No laundry items are included ie no towels, sheets or tea towels

Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2 -double with a single bunk over top
Bedroom 3 - double bed
Two single pullout beds in the living room.

We have a 3 bed 2 bath, between Huntsville and Parry sound. Lots of boats and lots to do. New build with two+ docks so lots to explore.

It’s not a big cottage. All three rooms are almost exactly the same.
We have a unique property with two+ docks. One large brand new one this year. Great place to hang out and hard sand but shallow just for kids. The other dock has a hard sand, deep and is great for everyone to swim.
**We have a new Traegar which is like a bbq/smoker in one.
**We have a tin boat with a 20 mph engine. It’s old but it’s worth a bit of fun on the lake. Must have license

- 2 canoes - many creeks connect off the lake

- Inflatable kayak and row boat
- Windsurf equipment
- 6x20 foam mat
- fire pit at the dock closest to the cottage.
