Tour Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator
Newfoundland Photo Tours is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our team as a Part-Time (Remote/Flexible) Tour Operations & Guest Experience Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys coordinating seamless, high-quality travel experiences. You will play a key role in managing guest bookings, organizing accommodations, and ensuring every aspect of our tours is executed at a professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage all guest inquiries and bookings in a timely and professional manner.
· Coordinate customized tour itineraries based on client needs and schedules.
· Book and organize accommodations for all tours.
· Maintain accurate records of bookings, schedules, and logistics.
· Communicate clearly and consistently with guests before and during their trip as required.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with accommodations and local partners.
· Ensure all tour details are organized and executed smoothly.
· Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
· Support business initiatives such as funding proposals and planning when needed.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
· Professional communication and customer service abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple bookings and timelines simultaneously.
· Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
· Experience in tourism, hospitality, or administration is an asset.
· Knowledge of Newfoundland and Labrador is an asset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

While direct tour operations experience is an asset, we're equally interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, office administration, or similar roles involving reservations, scheduling, logistics, and building positive client relationships.
Position Details
