BayView Waterfront Cottage ,which sleeps four/five people, is in the middle of beautiful Anne of Green Gables country, minutes from Anne’s famous home .It is also near twelve excellent golf courses, hiking and biking trails ,deep sea and river fishing and famous Cavendish Beach. It is in a charming quiet [not commercialized] seaside town with some good restaurants and a ceilidh with local fiddlers, Celtic singers and dancers in the town hall almost every night. You can walk along the beach to the wharf to get fresh fish . From the cottage you can see both the little fishing boats returning with their daily catch and enjoy absolutely spectacular sunsets ..so scenic and so romantic ! BayView Waterfront Cottage is a scenic , easy { almost no traffic} thirty minute drive to charming Charlottetown with its famous Confederation Centre theatre, one of Canada’s top five theatres. Old Charlottetown, the birthplace of confederation , has been lovingly restored and has many historic things to see as well as several world class restaurants . Our quiet cottage ,with breath-taking views from every room and a private beach , is the perfect serene place to rest and relax but it is also near lots of interesting things to do and see.
