Water Buffalo Food Festival

Water Buffalo Food Festival Go Buff at the 5th Annual Water Buffalo Food Festival! Saturday September 7th 2013 Additional taste tickets available at event.

Tickets $20 in advance, $25 at the gate (complimentary taste tickets + festival souvenir). Taste samples will feature Mozzarella di Bufala, Scamorza and Ricotta cheeses produced from local water buffalo milk. Recipes will also include water buffalo meat or an Italian twist! Experience Stirling and visit a family of water buffalo from the local farm!
