🔎🏭 Connaissez-vous l’histoire derrière la création de l’exposition « Témiscaming : l’histoire d’une ville » ?
💬👀 Allez, on vous raconte tout :
L’idée de cette exposition est née après un moment difficile : la fermeture d’une partie de l’usine, l’an passé, qui a entraîné la perte de plusieurs centaines d’emplois à Témiscaming. Ça a secoué la ville.
💡 Alors on s’est dit: « Et si on prenait un moment pour raconter notre histoire? Pour se souvenir d’où on vient, de tout ce qu’on a construit ensemble? » Parce que Témiscaming, c’est pas juste une usine. C’est une ville bâtie autour d’un rêve industriel, oui, mais surtout autour de gens fiers et solidaires.
❤️🤝 L’expo c’est un hommage. À ceux qui ont bâti. À ceux qui ont tenu. Et à ceux qui continuent d’y croire.

The idea for this exhibition was born after a difficult moment: the closure of part of the mill last year, which led to the loss of several hundred jobs in Témiscaming. It shook the town.
💡 So we asked ourselves: “What if we took a moment to tell our story? To remember where we come from, and everything we’ve built together?” Because Témiscaming isn’t just a mill. It’s a town built around an industrial dream, yes, but above all, around proud and united people.
❤️🤝 This exhibition is a tribute. To those who built. To those who held on. And to those who still believe.
