What if the forest could help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect?

The South Georgian Bay Community Health Center is hosting a series of Forest Therapy walks in the area over the next few months — and everyone is welcome.

There’s no need to be an experienced hiker, and there’s no “right” way to experience a forest therapy walk. It’s about making space to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect — with nature, with ourselves, and with others.
