Our patient is a 47 year old male who was experiencing dark pigmentation and hollowing of the lower eyelids (tear troughs)as well as crepey skin. We recommend a combined procedure of Fat Grafting with C02 Laser Resurfacing. Fat was harvested from the thigh region and injected with cannulas before being treated with laser resurfacing. He is now 4 weeks post-op. This is a fairly typical results post-laser with some residual pink hue that should resolve entirely within a few weeks.
