RESPONSIBILITIES
-providing company information to travelling public.
-making reservation in person and by telephone for marine activities.
-handling and maintaining equipment.
-hosting clients before and after activities.
-operating VHF radio and tracking vessels and kayak fleets.
-maintaining marine base.
-cash accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS
- have an interest and ability in sales – (training provided).
- enjoy speaking with people.
- build a knowledge base about our educational tours and wildlife viewing programs.
- have an interest in learning about a small tourism focused business.
- actively promote educational experience.

A crazy day as not one but two gangs of Orcas moved through the harbour. Great wildlife viewing, great day on the water.

So many Orca (Killer whale) sightings today - in the Tofino harbour right in front of our boathouse. Great viewing opportunity and it was even better once we got in a boat! Our sea kayakers, on the way to Meares Island were able to observe the Orcas as well - a rare occurrence.
