Last week I got to treat a wonderful group to a very special honey from . Their newly bottled Blueberry Blossom honey!

Now it might not seem like a big deal to some, but let me assure you this has been five months in the making.

And I’ve been waiting eagerly for the day to be able to share it with my guests!

The marvellous bees that made this honey journeyed to the east coast of Canada and back. They travelled by night in refrigerated transports so they could work their pollinator magic across acres of blueberry fields.

We had a wonderful time with Sarah as she walked the group through mead and honey tastings, and gave us a private tour of her farm.

And that was just the first of four stops on this custom corporate tour.
