When you are at the airport you will get to see the end result of the work, arranging, confirming and sending out the travel documents to your clients to ensure a seamless trip as there is someone here at the airport to meet and greet you.

There is a family member or friends here to meet you and there is so much happiness and joy to see .

There is grandma and grandpa coming to visit for the visit time or mama and dad as I have just witnessed and their son was in tears to see them.

Today I get to witness the end result of all travel agent work such as myself and I happy that I get to do this job as a travel planner.
