During our Taste of Spain & Portugal tour, students don’t just eat local dishes like paella — they learn to make it from scratch alongside local chefs. Paella, a beloved dish from Valencia, combines rice, saffron, veggies, and often seafood or chicken. But more than that, it’s a celebration of community and culture. It’s meant to be shared, just like the memories students make on tour with EF! 🥘🇪🇸

Today, we remember the Battle of Vimy Ridge.

It began on April 9, 1917—and over the course of four harrowing days, thousands of Canadians fought and gave their lives for freedom, for peace, and for a future they believed in.

They stood together on a ridge in northern France in one of Canada’s most pivotal battles—one that would come to define a nation.

Today, we honour their bravery, unity, and sacrifice.
