🇨🇦 18,500 French speakers have already received PR invitations — in just 3 draws. Among them? Our clients — the ones who started learning French 1.5 years ago when everyone around them said “that’ll take too long...”

Hands up if you’ve started learning le français too? 🙋‍♀️🙋

“What does it mean to have ties to Canada” or “I’ve only been here for a few years… is that even enough?” – we see these questions all the time, specifically for the Humanitarian program (H&C).

And the truth is...
There’s no magic number.
No perfect checklist.

Meet our dear clients, Olha and Daria’s – the family arrived in 2022, with no clear answers, but a lot of determination. They started small. A few cookies. A few connections. And step by step, they began building something bigger.

This is their story.
And maybe, it’ll help you see your own a little differently

With LMIA points now removed, you’re asking: “If the CRS score drops...” But the REAL question is: “Will YOU be ready when it does?” 🧠 📌

REALITY CHECK: Immigration isn’t a waiting game — it’s a battlefield. Being unprepared when scores drop could cost you your PR opportunity (we speak from the experience of hundreds of clients). One day late = months of setbacks. Check yourself with our post ➝

On November 1, 2024 Canada tightened post-graduation work permit (PGWP) rules, making it harder for some students to stay and work after graduating. Now, they’re rolling out adjustments (again!) —and this time, it’s good news for some.

🎓 Field of study restrictions for degree programs are gone for college graduates! That means you might now qualify for a PGWP, just like university grads. But wait — does this mean everyone is eligible? Not exactly. Some restrictions still apply (the best way is always to check 🔗 canada.ca)

Canada is making big changes to Express Entry, with new occupations added and others removed from category-based draws. If you’re planning your PR strategy, staying ahead of these updates is crucial. Let’s have a look at new and removed occupations (NOCs) ➝

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

➝ A new education category has been introduced, which is good news for teachers and education professionals.
➝ STEM took a hit — 19 IT occupations have been removed, making the tech pathway much narrower.
➝ Agriculture remains, but barely — 2 out of 3 occupations were cut.
➝ Trades have expanded, but 4 occupations were removed.
➝ Transport category is gone. Completely.
➝ Healthcare is now “Healthcare and Social Services” — 8 new professions were added, but some roles were also removed.
➝ Healthcare, trades, and Francophone applicants remain top priorities.
➝ Canadian Experience Class (CEC) will be the main focus.

Check a full list here 🔗 https://lnkd.in/evN48ePi

What is NOC? 🔎
The National Occupational Classification (NOC) is Canada’s official system for classifying jobs based on their duties, skill level, and industry.

A word from our CEO Kateryna Kuzhel 🌻💙

Today, we mark three (3) years of a war that has ravaged Ukraine, a war that feels as fresh and raw today as it did when we first heard the news. These years have been filled with the heavy stories of our clients, stories that we carry with us every single day.

Living through this period has been like existing in a parallel reality, where we find ourselves cherishing the simple, fleeting moments of joy amidst the ongoing turmoil. Three years when my heart still clenches from the realization that this is reality and was not just a bad dream.

We stand firmly with Ukraine, with every individual enduring this strife alongside us. We share in the pain and struggles of our clients but, more importantly, in your resilience, determination, and accomplishments.

02/22/2025

Newfoundland and Labrador is done with the first-come, first-served immigration process. Now, they have moved to an Expression of Interest system. Why? Because PNP targets for 2025 were cut by 50%, but demand is still off the charts. They need to prioritize who gets in.

👥 From 3,050 to 1,525 annually

Who Gets Priority?
The province needs workers in healthcare, technology, aquaculture, and agriculture. If your skills match these demands, you have a better shot.

📌 What’s unclear?
We don’t know when they will start inviting people or what exact criteria they will use. The government hasn’t provided these details yet.

What is Expression of Interest (EOI)?

➝ The EOI system allows you to express your interest in immigrating to the province without providing the full application upfront.

➝ The EOI system is a pre-screening step that helps the province assess your job, education, and language skills and invite you to apply.
