She came back with a lot more than tulip and windmill photos. Eimear, our Sr. Director of Sales and Trip Design, just rode our Netherlands Biking trip.

A visit to a family farm that has been supplying cheese to the Dutch royal family since 2013. Oysters pulled straight from the beds in Yerseke, the Dutch oyster capital. A seriously good bowl of Indonesian food, because the Netherlands is one of the best places outside of Indonesia to find the real thing. And a quick detour into Belgium to visit the chocolatiers we keep going back to.

There's more packed into this little country than meets the eye.

We end the Grand Journey where it all began for B&R: Burgundy. Our second home and our first true love.

This leg wasn't just a finale. It was a party and we pulled out all the stops. Rare vintages poured straight from the cellar, an aperitif hosted by George and Martha Butterfield themselves at their historic Bastion in Beaune, and exclusive behind-the-scenes access into our bike atelier. And the riding? Vine-covered hills and rolling countryside that remind you exactly why Burgundy is one of the best places in the world to be on a bike.

Sixty years of history celebrated in the place where it all started, with the people who built it.
