We asked advice for new leaders in the industry from the President of Aon Canada, Stéphane Lespérance, who is the IIC's Board Chair. Every leader can take inspiration from Stéphane's experience when he says: "Lead with empathy and clarity. Take time to understand your people: what motivates them, what challenges them, and connect their work to a larger purpose."🎯Great advice. Thank you Stéphane✨
