Tour-Mate Systems Ltd. has been the industry leader in interpretive solutions and multimedia tours since 1988. For the past two decades, we have worked alongside museums, art galleries, historic sites, botanical gardens, national parks, and more to create spaces that tell a story.

Script creation, storyline editing, production, translation, recording- our experienced content creation team can assist you each step of the way in ensuring that you communicate your interpretive vision to your visitors in an engaging and meaningful way. We believe that having clients own their own content provides them with the maximum flexibility to provide quality interpretation to their visitors across a variety of platforms.

Our offices are located in Toronto, Ontario and Victor, New York, and our products can be found in Australia, Barbados, Canada, China, India, Italy, Japan, Macao, Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and across the United States. We have been featured at prominent attractions such as Mount Rushmore, The Alamo, the Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns National Park, the Empire State Building, the Montreal Museum of Fine Art and numerous other locations around the globe.

Whether an indoor or outdoor space, large groups or single individual visitors, a vast history or none at all, we offer a fully integrated interpretive experience on multiple platforms for your specific site. ‘Taking care of our clients’ needs’ has been the cornerstone of our success since the beginning, which means that whether your institution has one or one million visitors, your total satisfaction is our primary goal. Once a Tour-Mate Interpretive Solution is in place, it is only the beginning of our on-going relationship. We see it as our responsibility to ensure that your interpretive solution runs smoothly and your guests receive an exception experience.
