If you know you know......

3 years in the business. My first few years was an eye opener. It certainly isn't all smooth, and not everything works as it should. I can be a little blunt ..... lol

However

I'm also a firm believer that you should also share when things go right. Air Canada saved our group cruise.

Thank you, from myself and fellow cruisers. Forever grateful. This could have been a disaster. It wasn't.
