Missing this view...it’s been a while...🥺

In Ontario, 3rd wave lockdown restrictions have just been extended and International travel is still restricted.

I just got my first dose of the vaccine so hoping it’s a step closer towards normalcy 🤞

One year ago today.
We were enjoying this beautiful beach when a worldwide pandemic was declared.
One year later - we are still not “back to normal”.
But hoping we are closer to being able to travel again 🤞

For those who love to travel, the current lockdown restrictions & travel bans are quite disheartening.

Being isolated from people and places we love definitely takes a toll on our mental health.

However, staying positive is key, not only for travellers but for everyone in general.

For me, I stay positive by changing my perspective, and focussing on the bigger picture - and knowing that this is just a blip in the timeline. We will definitely be able to check off destinations on our bucket list again 😊

The Canadian government is imposing stricter rules against non-essential travel for the next few months.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.🍋

Why not take this time to start a travel fund?

Start by opening a separate savings account and make monthly or even weekly deposits into the account.

Then create a bucket list of top destinations you would like to visit. You can get travel inspirations by visiting my page or from Pinterest.☺️

As travel restrictions ease, you would have saved a good chunk of money to apply towards your booking deposit.💰

Don’t forget to use a travel consultant/advisor when planning your post-Covid travel. Travel will not be like what it was before so it will definitely help to have a professional navigate you through the new travel environment.☺️
