I can definitely recommend the Marriott Downtown CF Eaton Centre hotel. It is located within a few steps of the mall, is steps from the Path and the subway. If you’re heading to Toronto for a night or two, check it out! It also has a rooftop pool and hot tub.

Thanks to my Marriott Bonvoy Card, Glenn and I got to spend the night at the Westin Harbour Castle. Wow, is it ever nice! They’ve taken so many steps to improve the rooms since I was there last, including a water filter, motion sensored lighting, a cool sofa, modern lighting and and HUGE tv. Thanks to our free upgrade, we had an amazing view of the lake. We spent our time going to Ye Old Spaghetti Factory-reliving the past-as well as a Blue Jay game. It’s been a few years since we were at Universal’s Island of Adventure. We did a one park day and had a great time. It was interesting to see the switch in popularity of rides where the longest wait times shifted from Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey to Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure and the Jurrasic World Velocicoaster. Yet we were very impressed with all the rides we got on. It was a crowded day but we were satisfied by the amount of rides we got on. Our biggest bit of luck was upon entering the new Epic Universe Preview Centre where we could see the model and plans for the new park opening in May. We were even able to buy pre-opening souvenirs! Check out Volcano Bay and a beautiful town home, gated resort “Regal Oaks.” A great place to stay off-resort in Celebration-a suburb of Orlando.

The dining plan is available with the purchase of a non-discounted 3-night, 3-day (or more) Walt Disney Travel package that includes a room at a select Disney Resort hotel and a ticket with a Park Hopper option.
Dates include most arrivals starting May 27 through Jun. 26, and Jul. 7 through Aug. 6, 2025.
This is a great offer with a huge travel window!! (It used to be only offered 2 weeks out of the year!)
