Over the past 6 years, the Lakeshore Grounds Interpretive Centre has joyfully hosted the New Toronto Holiday Market annually in November. We have hosted countless small businesses and artists, welcomed community members, and supported local charities and community groups. It has been an honour to welcome everyone to our space.

As resources change, we have come to the conclusion that we must pause the New Toronto Holiday Market going forward. Supporting local small businesses and artists has always been one of our main priorities and we want to announce this pause now to give everyone the chance to research and apply to other local markets happening in our community.

We want to thank everyone for the support we have received over the past 6 years; the New Toronto Holiday Market would not have happened without you.

Today is Small Business Saturday!
 
Created by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), Small Business Saturday is an annual celebration promoting shopping local at the start of the busy holiday shopping season.
 
All of the vendors at our market today are local small businesses and artists. 100% of vendor sales supports their businesses and goes directly back to them.
 
Pop by the New Toronto Holiday Market from 10am-3pm today to support over 20 local artists, businesses, and makers on his Small Business Saturday!

Join us today for the sixth annual New Toronto Holiday Market!
 
The market will be taking place today, Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive (inside Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus’ Student Welcome and Resource Centre).

• Free admission
• Free Parking on Site
• Support Local and Shop Sustainably

Join us in supporting 20+ local artists and makers for a day full of holiday shopping. This year, 100% of vendor table fees were donated to the Etobicoke Humane Society (EHS)! Starbucks will be open on the first floor to provide a warm drink and treat while you browse local vendors’ artwork and handmade items.

Come support these vendors and the EHS this holiday season at the New Toronto Holiday Market on November 29, 2025.
