Created by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB), Small Business Saturday is an annual celebration promoting shopping local at the start of the busy holiday shopping season.
 
All of the vendors at our market today are local small businesses and artists. 100% of vendor sales supports their businesses and goes directly back to them.

The market will be taking place today, Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive (inside Humber Polytechnic Lakeshore Campus’ Student Welcome and Resource Centre).

• Free admission
• Free Parking on Site
• Support Local and Shop Sustainably

Join us in supporting 20+ local artists and makers for a day full of holiday shopping. This year, 100% of vendor table fees were donated to the Etobicoke Humane Society (EHS)! Starbucks will be open on the first floor to provide a warm drink and treat while you browse local vendors’ artwork and handmade items.

Come support these vendors and the EHS this holiday season at the New Toronto Holiday Market on November 29, 2025.

THE MARKET IS TOMORROW! There’s only one day left until the 6th Annual New Toronto Holiday Market!
 
This year market is a great way to support local artists and makers while also supporting a local charity - The Etobicoke Humane Society! As a reminder, the market has free admission, free parking onsite, and we are easily accessible by transit, making it simple to do your holiday shopping while supporting the Lakeshore community.
 
The NTHM will be open from 10am-3pm on November 29 at 2 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Drive (inside Humber Lakeshore’s Student Welcome and Resource Centre). Spread across 2 accessible floors, a variety of vendors will be ready for all of your holiday shopping! Starbucks will be open onsite for a warm drink and a sweet treat while you’re shopping.

Jennifer Hard: Local gardener Jennifer Hard will be selling African Violets and Coleus of various sizes and colours - perfect for any plant lover! All plants are grown and propagated by Jennifer. Four types of coleus Jennifer has grown this year all won ribbons at the 2025 Canadian National Exhibition Garden Show - making her an award-winning gardener! Make sure to stop by her plant table as plants are sold as a fundraiser toward building homes and supporting schools in the Dominican Republic.

Made by Dave: Local woodworker, Made by Dave is a creator of stunning handmade wooden pieces. Using locally sourced hardwoods including walnut, maple, cedar, and sapele, Made by Dave creates cutting boards, picture frames, bottle openers, serving trays, along with decorative scrollsaw pop art pieces. Are you coming to the New Toronto Holiday Market for the first time? Unsure of where to go? Make sure to save this post as a guide so you know where to go!
 
This will be the third part of our guide to help you find your way to the market. Today we’re highlighting transit options! Make sure to check our previous posts for information about our location and parking options.
 
If you are planning to take transit to the NTHM, there are 3 main routes that will drop you off steps away from the door! 
-The 110C Islington South bus leaves Islington Station and travels southbound on Islington Ave before turning right onto Lakeshore Blvd. Please exit at Lake Shore Blvd West at Kipling Ave (the last stop). Make sure you are boarding the 110C not A or B.
-The 44 Kipling South or 944 Kipling South Express bus leaves Kipling Station and travels south on Kipling Ave. Please exit at Kipling Ave at Lake Shore Blvd West
-The 508 Lakeshore streetcar travels along Lakeshore Blvd and beyond. Please exit at Lake Shore Blvd West at Colonel Samuel Smith Park Dr

Leading up to the New Toronto Holiday Market on Saturday, November 29th, we will be sharing and highlighting our vendors. Meet the next group of vendors below! Make sure to check back as we will be posting all of our vendors over the next few weeks.

Sticky Bees Urban Honey: In need of something sweet? Sticky Bees Urban Honey is a maker of raw, unfiltered urban honey using ecologically-sustainable and organic practices made from small-batch harvests. Sticky Bees' table will be stocked with raw and infused honeys and other hive products including beeswax candles, salves, and skin creams.

ERM Crafts: Local crocheter and knitter ERM Crafts will be at the market with a table full of soft and cozy items. Keep an eye out for their table full of household items, plushies, blankets, and wearables. Warm up as the weather is getting colder with a cozy blanket or wearable from ERM Crafts!

BU Candles: Looking for a gift for a candle lover in your life (or yourself)? Make sure to check out BU Candles, makers of eco-friendly, hand-crafted candles that inspire calm, self-care, and connection. With scents ranging from Candy Cane, Coffee Caramel, White Cranberry, and more they will have a candle for everyone!

Pawsitive Canine Products: Looking for a gift for a furry friend? Look no further than Pawisitive Canine Products! Featuring a selection of natural dog products for their well being. Keep a eye our for their Doggie Balm for paws, massage oils for relaxation, fur spray for deodorizing, eye stain remedy, and as well, dog blankets and sweaters.

Yaskravo: Inspired by Ukrainian beading traditions, infused with a touch of whimsy, Yaskravo creates beaded jewelry and beaded ornaments using Czech seed beads. Studio Vitrique: By combining traditional and contemporary techniques and innovative and whimsical designs, Studio Vitrique creates unique sculptures, wall hangings, and jewellery made of stained glass. Perfect to add a pop of colour into any space, make sure to check out Studio Vitrique’s table!
