Fresh vintages, awakening vineyards, medieval villages, grand châteaux and the flavours of the French countryside. Ten days of w**e, food, culture and discovery, from Bordeaux’s celebrated w**e estates to the timeless landscapes of the Dordogne.

Led by Joanne Sasvari, a Victoria-based food, drink and travel writer, editor and author with WSET Level 3 certification. Joanne has travelled extensively through France’s w**e regions, bringing expertise in w**e, history, terroir and cuisine to the journey.
