🚨 REPOST – LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER / NANNY
📍 Etobicoke, Ontario
💰 Starting Salary: $6,000/month ($75,000/year)
✈️ Must be willing to travel with the family to Florida for approximately 3 months each winter
We are looking for a professional, organized, reliable, and experienced woman to join a family as a LIVE-OUT HOUSEKEEPER / MOTHER’S HELPER / NANNY.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Have a valid U.S. travel visa and are legally able to travel to the USA
Have 5+ years of professional housekeeping and nanny experience
Are available to travel with the family to Florida
Have Canadian status such as Canadian Citizen, PR, SOWP, or PGWP
Prefer a live-out position
💰 Salary: Starting at $6,000/month ($75,000/year). The employer will discuss and negotiate the final compensation after meeting qualified candidates in person.
⚠️ LMIA MAY be considered, but ONLY for a candidate who has a valid U.S. visa, is very willing to travel with the family, and is comfortable with the live-out arrangement.
🏠 HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and complete the family's laundry, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting clothes away
Follow specific laundry instructions, including water temperature and detergent preferences
Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Prepare meals and assist with cooking as needed
Ensure the dishwasher is emptied and the kitchen is kept tidy
Stock groceries and household supplies
Run errands, including grocery shopping
Maintain a list of household items that need replacing
Empty garbage bins at the end of each shift
Vacuum common areas
Make beds and maintain bedrooms
Clean and sanitize baby bottles, toys, pump parts, and related items
Charge and organize pump parts and household items
Proactively organize and maintain the home, including regular deep cleaning
👩👧 MOTHER'S HELPER / NANNY DUTIES
Assist the mother with childcare when she is occupied or needs support
Care for the child while the mother is away
Track the child's activities, naps, meals, diaper changes, and daily routine
Prepare and feed meals to the child
Change diapers and put the child down for naps
Create engaging, screen-free activities based on Montessori principles
Incorporate music, singing, and age-appropriate activities
Assist with errands, reservations, and event planning
✈️ TRAVEL TO FLORIDA
The successful candidate must be very comfortable traveling with the family to Florida during the winter.
Approximately 3 months each winter
Travel may be arranged in periods of approximately 3 weeks at a time
Return flights to Toronto will be provided as applicable
Accommodation will be provided
A per diem will be provided during travel

Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping and nanny experience
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Strong laundry and ironing skills
Self-directed and proactive
Able to identify what needs to be done without constant supervision
Good English communication skills
Comfortable asking questions when clarification is needed
Kind, positive, friendly, and respectful personality
Punctual and reliable
Able to maintain confidentiality and household security
Willing to complete background and reference checks
Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement
Non-smoking and fragrance-free household
