To all my valued travel clients, and to all passengers travelling in the next few days, Yet another storm is brewing for St Johns for tomorrow afternoon/evening which may inpact flights inbound and outbound.
As most Canadians are aware, Toronto Pearson - Canada's busiest airport was hit with a bad Snow storm last Sat/Sun and then on Monday, a crash of a Delta Airlines partner aircraft. Due to all these issues, Toronto Pearson is now operating with only 2 runways instead of 4. This has resulted in the delays, and cancellation of hundreds of flights by all airlines. Please be sure to check for flight departure and arrival times at www.torontopearson.com.
I have one request - Please be kind! We feel your frustration and anger, but know, we, your travel agent and/ or airline agent, are doing the best we can, as well as the airlines to try and get Canada's busiest airport back on track.
If travelling through Toronto Pearson airport, please pack your patience, as well as your luggage, when you do go to the airport, get there in plenty of time, and please make the best of a tough situation.
Thank you and safe travels when next you take to the friendly skies!
