Medical situations can happen anytime — even when you least expect them. ❤️

This definitely wasn’t part of my travel plans, but life had other ideas.

In this little video, I’m sharing my first day out of the hospital after having a stent placed. It’s also a reminder of something I’ll be talking about much more going forward: taking care of our health while still living, travelling and enjoying life.

Travel doesn’t stop being important to me — I’m simply learning to approach it with heart health a little higher on the priority list. ❤️✈️

Know the signs. Listen to your body. And don’t ignore something that just doesn’t feel right.

Here’s to a new chapter — and yes, there will still be plenty of travel in it. 🥰
