We’re off to experience Club Med Québec Charlevoix firsthand this summer. While there may not be enough snow for skiing this time ❄️😂, we’ll be trading ski runs for hiking trails, mountain views, family activities, and the full Club Med experience.

Most people assume booking direct is the cheapest option… but that’s not always the case.

There are a few ways travel agents can help:
🚢 Access to group rates (even if you’re not travelling in a group)
🎁 Potential extra perks or onboard credit
📊 Better timing strategies for when to book
🔄 Ongoing price monitoring in some cases

Same cruise. Same room.
But sometimes… more value for your money.

If you’re already planning to book a cruise… why not have someone on your team?

Same trip. Same price (sometimes better 👀).
But with extra support, insight, and sometimes added perks.

At a minimum, before you book direct, why not give a travel agent a chance to take a look?

Best case — you save money or get more value.

🚢 Big milestone for me and H2O Escapes!

I’ve officially earned my Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) designation through SITE 🎉

So what does that actually mean?

This certification focuses on incentive travel, corporate groups, and large-scale experiences - think:
✔️ Company reward trips
✔️ Sales incentive cruises
✔️ Corporate retreats at sea
✔️ Meetings & events (MICE)

In short, I’m now even better equipped to help businesses and groups plan unforgettable experiences on the water 🌊
