* Slate Falls Dam Hike & Camp-fired Kitchen Experience

Spend the afternoon hiking in the backwoods of Quinan, stopping at Slate Falls Dam to enjoy lunch prepared on the campfire. Are you ready for a spring adventure?

There are a couple spaces available for the Spring SUP, Camp & Fish Adventure (March 26th-27th)

This adventure starts with an easy paddle to a favorite spring backcountry campsite. After enjoying lunch and setting camp, we will set out to explore, fish and forage ingredients for our evening tea and maybe even a fresh fish to go along with our meal.

The evening will be spend around the campfire making campfire treats and enjoying great company. The early worm catches the fish, or something like that. Rise and shine to the smell of coffee and breakfast cooked on the campfire and enjoy an early fish or sleep in and get some rest, before packing up camp and heading out on a morning adventure.

This adventure is fully outfitted, guided and catered. Suitable for those who are comfortable in the water and camping in a cool weather environment. All SUP + Camping + Fishing equipment + 3 meals, snacks and beverages provided. *** participates must have a current Nova Scotia Angler’s license if they intend to fish)

Fish Moon SUP, Camp & Fish Adventure | April 12th-13th

This adventure starts with an easy paddle to a favourite spring backcountry campsite.

After enjoying lunch and setting camp, we will set out to explore, fish and forage ingredients for our evening tea and maybe even harvest a fresh fish to go along with our meal. The evening will be spend around the campfire making campfire treats and watch the Fish Moon rise (more commonly know as the ‘Pink Moon’)

The early worm catches the fish, or something like that. Rise and shine to the smell of coffee and breakfast cooked on the campfire and enjoy an early fish or sleep in and get some rest, before packing up camp and heading out on a morning adventure.

Welcome the first days of Summer on a 5 day SUP Camping Adventure in the Tobeatic Wilderness
☀️🌲⛺️🛶 🍳 ☀️🌲⛺️🛶 🍳

Spend the longest days of the year paddling the chain lakes, streams, and portaging the rugged wild landscape of the Tobeatic Wilderness, passing through pristine eco-systems, glaciation influenced landscapes, pockets of old growth & Acadian forests and barrens. Reconnect with nature while experiencing traditional routes, offering exceptional wilderness paddling and camping opportunities. The historic and storied Tobeatic was once known for its moose, trout streams, and rugged canoe routes.

After each challenging day in the wilderness the evening's will be spent relaxing and recharging, while enjoying good food, great company and a restful night’s sleep under the night sky in North America’s first Starlight Reserve (designated by The International Starlight Foundation)

This adventure is fully outfitted, guided and catered. Suitable for those can carry overnight pack & SUP equipment (40lbs) through rugged portages (500 m), and are somewhat comfortable in a wilderness setting and on the water.
