Welcome to the official Myra Canyon Bike Rental page! In 1910, Andrew McCulloch began construction of the Kettle Valley Railway that would connect the Kootenays to the BC coast. Although there were many hardships, the railway was completed in 1916. It soon became known as McCulloch's Wonder due to the extraordinary engineering involved in its construction. ire destroyed 12 wooden trestles and damaged 2 steel trestles. March 21, 2008 the restoration was complete opening the route from the Myra Station entrance to the Ruth Station. Every year, over 60,000 visitors enjoy the spectacular Myra Canyon trail. This highly-scenic portion of the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) runs along a steep-walled canyon. This impressive landmark is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. Have fun cycling all, or part of this well established 24 km circuit (12 km each way). The route can easily be cycled in 4 hours at a moderate pace with plenty of opportunity for photos and short breaks. We offer also a guided or self guided Tours inclusive transportation from and to your accommodation in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Half day Tour Myra Canyon Trestle Tour and day Tour Bike and Wine or Bike from Kelowna to Penticton the Kettle Valley Railway ending in Winery with wine tasting. We are located at the east car park (Myra Station) accessed via McCulloch Road and Myra Forest service road. We are the first and only company to offer the convenience of on-site bicycle rentals. Our new quality branded comfort bikes are available in a variety of sizes to cater for adults and youths. All rentals include the free use of a safety helmet. The bicycles are fully maintained and serviced on a daily basis. Morning and all day rental reservations are to be picked up at 9.00 and afternoon rental reservations at 13.30 at the Myra Station. It is best to make sure you reserve your bikes, you can do this by phone or through our website. It is possible however to rent without a reservation if there are bikes available. We are open seven days a week from 9.00 – 17.30. From May 6 2022 till October 10 2022
