📸 PHOTO PASS 📸
Did you know that with every purchase of Lightning Lane Multi Pass you get the benefit of receiving all of the photos you take with Disney Photographers! At least at Disneyland you do.
Walt Disney World is slightly different where you also need to purchase Memory Maker or purchase each photo individually (I highly recommend paying for Memory Maker in advance, trust me you will want the photos)
If you don’t purchase Lighting Lane Multi Pass, you can purchase the photos individually or you can purchase the photo pass. But the benefit of skipping the lines AND getting the photos is ideal!
So don’t forget to download the photos and stop by as many photographers as you can! Ps some have fun magic shots too!

Yesterday Disneyland celebrated 70 years of magic. For some it is a place to go to make your worries disappear, where dreams come true and where you feel a sense of nostalgia from childhood. I am that some. For me, Disneyland is what a family cabin, or camping or other destinations are to other families. It is a place where I have a lot of childhood memories and where we have began creating memories with our kids.
It is a place where you can forget the every day worries just for a little bit, where you can hug your favourite character knowing they won’t let go until you do, and where you don’t have to worry about anything other than what ride or food you want to do next. It’s my little escape.
Some people don’t understand the magic and that’s okay. But for me, it’s there. And I am so thankful that I get to share my love and passion for Disneyland with my clients.
I can’t wait to be back in the magic next month. I’ll be attending some education seminars, touring hotels, testing out different strategies and making sure that my guides and itineraries have the most up to date information because Disney is ever changing.

It’s that time of the year when I open up my Waitlist for 2026 packages for Disneyland!
We are anticipating them being released next month! You are probably wondering “why would I want to book now?”

✨ Entertaiment ✨
Ahhhh one thing that Disney is not lacking on this summer is their entertainment line up! And these are just some of the bigger ticket items that are happening. You could probably fill up an entire day of just catching all of the fabulous shows across the parks. Trust me you don’t want to miss them.
One of my favourite ways to tackle shows are to rope drop the rides that are on my must do’s in the morning. Then plan my afternoons around some of the shows.
If you have more than one day at each park you will have plenty of time to see everything. If you have only one day at each park there is a good chance you won’t get to all of them.
I’m most excited to see Paint the Night, Wonderous Journeys, Better Together and World of Colour!
I’m in the process of updating all of my client guides on viewing areas and different strategies for tackling some of the shows.

This is one thing that I don’t remember ever doing at Disneyland. So this is going to be a first for me in August!

Another great moment for the Main Street Opera House at Disneyland. ✨ Overnight, the marquee was installed featuring "Walt Disney – A Magical Life," a new attraction debuting July 17, the 70th Anniversary of Disneyland Resort!

✨ Evening ✨
I am pretty sure I’ve mentioned it before, but I’ll say it again. Night time at Disney is one of my favourite times to go to the parks.
If the thought of getting up super early and participating in “rope drop” is too much for you to handle, then don’t do it! Stay late and shut the parks down instead. Why? It tends to be quieter in the evenings plus you can avoid the summer heat! Win - win 🏆
There are so many different ways to attack a day at Disney, and every family, heck every trip is different! My kids get up early and go to sleep early so that works for us. When my husband and I go alone we go from open to close with no hotel breaks. And sometimes when I go by myself I just see where the day takes me.
Handling a day at Disney is one of my clients biggest concerns. But let’s talk about what you what your day to look like, and realistically what can your family handle and we can go from there! Each itinerary that I do is custom to YOU and it is included in my complimentary services!
I have a few different plans for my upcoming trip to really showcase and nail down some different strategies!

While we are finally enjoying some of the nicer weather… I’d still much rather be here!
I love docking in Castaway Cay for the day on a Disney ship. It truly is a unique experience seeing all of the characters. And let me tell you…. Serenity Bay is chefs kiss for some adult time!
Is a cruise on your list in the next couple of years? Did you know the best time to book is when cruises are first released! If you haven’t thought about going on a cruise, maybe now is the time to do it!

✨BOOKED ✨
I recently helped a repeat client and her family book a stay at Hyatt House, right in time for the holiday season at the parks!
They are close to the Toy Story Parking Lot where they will be able to hop on the complimentary buses to the parks. Plus they get a complimentary breakfast buffet and if you know me a breakfast buffet is one of my favourite ways to help cut back on food budget!

🎃 Oogie Boogie 2025 🎃
Tickets for this years Oogie Boogie bash at Disneyland have gone on sale! This years access to the tickets were so much easier. All of the dates are still available and there’s little to no wait to access the queue.
If you are thinking about going to the party definitely jump on now! It is a lot of fun, I went in 2023 annnnnd I will be going again in August!
