Michelle & Aron first met at a university dance, but it wasn’t until a badminton session years later that something clicked. One game turned into a night of League of Legends, and somewhere along the way, a love story began.

From late-night gaming to exploring Japan together, including a hike through Kyoto’s endless torii gates in the dark, they’ve shared plenty of adventures and learned what it means to be a team.

Fast forward to their wedding day, filled with beautiful burgundy florals, elegant details, and so much love from their closest friends and family. And of course, a little fun on the dance floor. 🥂

Alice & Stephen, this one felt extra special. 🤍

They’ve actually been married for a few years now, but with life taking them to NYC and family spread between Vancouver and Los Angeles, the big celebration had to wait a little longer.

And their story started in probably one of the most unexpected ways — through Eddie Huang Eddie Huang’s Instagram page back in July 2019. Yes, he knows they met through his page, and yes, he knows they ended up getting married. 😂

They didn’t start dating right away. Alice eventually moved from Vancouver to NYC, Stephen followed, and somewhere along the way NYC became home. Fast forward a few years, a marriage, and now a beautiful 20-month-old little one later, they finally got to bring everyone together and celebrate properly.

There’s something really special about photographing a wedding like this. It wasn’t the beginning of their life together — it was a celebration of everything they had already built.
