This is what happens when Pilates leaves the studio. 🧘‍♀️✨

On September 18, STRONG and Harbour Cruises brought the community together for Pilates on the Pier. An evening filled with movement, fresh air, waterfront views and incredible energy.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, rolled out a mat and made this experience so special. We loved seeing the pier come to life with all of you.

Brunches on the water. Dinner at sunset. Celebrations, harbour views, new faces, familiar faces - and even a new neighbour with Krave Kulture joining us at the marina.
Mostly, though, it was a summer full of people choosing to spend a little more time by the water.
