𝐏𝐑𝐀𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐎, Philippines 🙏🙏🙏

My heart is devastated as I watch the news unfold about the destruction in my beloved hometown of General Santos City and the nearby provinces of Southern Mindanao, Philippines, affected by today’s magnitude 7.8 earthquake on June 8, 2026. General Santos City appears to be among the hardest-hit areas.

I was terrified and in a state of panic for over an hour after being unable to reach my family in General Santos City. Thankfully, I later heard from my niece that everyone is safe. 🙏

I mourn the loss of lives, homes, businesses, and the collapse of so many buildings, roads, and properties. There is little I can do from afar except pray for the strength, safety, and recovery of everyone affected by this devastating disaster.

To everyone in the affected areas, please stay calm, stay safe, and remain alert for aftershocks and possible tsunami warnings. Follow the advisories of your local authorities.

I humbly ask everyone to keep Mindanao in your prayers 🙏.
