With over a decade of experience managing major operations across the highend hospitality sector prior to joining us, Jade brings a wealth of industry expertise and strategic vision to this role. As President, Steve will stay fully involved in the company, though his focus will shift toward strategic partnerships, operational optimization, and continued growth. This transition allows us to focus on our long-term vision, with Jade overseeing our operations, planning, and partner success.
