There’s a window just outside the busiest part of the season where everything feels different — mornings are quieter, getting around is easier, and you can actually enjoy Clear Lake and the surrounding trails without the usual pace.

What I’m describing is our off-season! (May 15 – June 20 & Sept 7 – Oct 12) — and it’s when a lot of our guests end up enjoying their stay the most.

It’s the kind of stay where you can settle in, take your time, and enjoy being just steps from Clear Lake without feeling rushed or crowded.

Our 2026 season dates are as follows:
• Off-season: May 15 – June 20 & September 7 – October 12
• High season: June 21 – September 6
