We enjoyed a wonderful outdoor dinner at 'The Boathouse' in Disney Springs. The lobster roll was incredible! It's such fun watching the amphi cars drive by while you dine. Be sure to check out the little boat museum surrounding the restaurant before or after your meal. If you do want to ride an amphi car after your meal, show your receipt for a discount!!

We enjoyed another great stay at Disney's Old Key West resort! It's one of the few resorts with studios with 2 Queen size beds (no murphy bed or pull-out bed). It has such a relaxing vibe and lots of recreational activities to enjoy!

Ever wonder what it's like to visit a Prohibition-era Speakeasy? Now you can at the 600 Block Speakeasy at Pat O'Brien's at Universal Orlando Resort. To enter, you must tell the bartender at Pat O'Brien's the secret password (send us a PM for details!) and you will receive instructions on how to get to the Speakeasy. The theming is terrific, and you can enjoy live music and views of CityWalk on the outdoor patio. Open Thursday through Sunday. We love it!

We had a chance to try the new food stand ‘FØØD by Swedish Chef’ at Hollywood Studios! We loved the Wocka Wocking nachos. The corn chips maintained their crunch with the guacamole and other goodness on top. Great for sharing, and easy to eat when ‘walking’ around the park!

We had the privilege of getting a sneak peek of the new Muppet themed Rockin’ roller coaster in Hollywood Studios before it officially opens next week! The ride remains similar to when it was based on Aerosmith, but the preshow and queue theming is terrific!

Bidding a fond farewell to the original Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run before the Mandalorian officially takes over the attraction on May 22nd. I was the left pilot on this mission. My apologies to my fellow passengers for a bumpy ride!
