What an honour it has been for Wawa to be part of the national Give a Honk campaign!

Our giant Give a Honk keychain has welcomed visitors from across Canada and around the world, to our iconic Wawa Goose, bringing attention to a cause that touches so many lives.

As the keychain comes down, we’re grateful to have been part of this wonderful initiative. The work of the Petro-Canada CareMakers is so important in recognizing and supporting caregivers and the invaluable role they play in our families and communities.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped spread the message. It’s been a joy to share our Goose with such a meaningful cause! ❤️

That’s a wrap on another wonderful season in Wawa!
The Wawa Tourist Information Centre is now officially closed for the season. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, and made this season so special!
We’re already looking forward to welcoming you back for the 2027 season! 👋
Don’t worry — The Goose isn’t going anywhere! He’ll still be here to greet you, so be sure to stop by, snap a photo, and say hello!

The first update of the season from the Wawa Sno Riders!

So much work goes into getting our amazing trails ready, before the first snowflake ever hits the ground! Thank you to the Wawa Sno Riders for all the hard work and here's to another great snowmobiling season!

Our 2026 season is slowly coming to a close! 🍂

Our last day at the Wawa Tourist Information Centre will be Friday, October 9.

Until then, we’re here Monday to Friday, 10 AM–4 PM with travel information, local tips, and a friendly hello!

Be sure to stop by our Big Goose Shop, which is still stocked with the amazing work of our talented local vendors. There are lots of great local finds to discover!

🚻 Our washrooms will remain open 24 hours a day until we close.

If you’re in Wawa, come by, say hello, and visit us before the season wraps up!

Hello, everyone.
The big day is approaching, and we are so excited—and a little nervous 🤭—as everything is coming together to welcome you with open arms at the Community Centre’s CANTEEN starting Thursday, October 1, from 5 to 9 p.m.
And since it’s the GRAND OPENING —and to show our gratitude for all your support—We'll be serving up some TASTY TREATS, including tequebites and hot chocolate.

Come join us 🥳!

We will do some posts with schedule, menu and maybe some other things 🤭.

Note: We’re putting our heart and soul into this project. Maybe at first, some things might turn out a little “different 🫣,” but we’re confident that with your support and patience, we’ll keep getting better every day.
