Although the weather may be a bit cooler today on Campobello Island than it was yesterday, it is ideal for hiking over to the Lighthouse at Low tide. Low Tide times are 8:29am and 8:46pm (Sunday, July 13th, 2025). Be prepared with proper foot ware and ensure to hike over with a friend for safety.
If the Lighthouse is not in the cards for you but you are looking for an adventure, please check out any of the many trails within the Roosevelt Campobello International Park or the . So many amazing look outs and trails await you.

Don't forget to fuel up with breakfast at the Herring Cove Golf Lodge or Porch at Friars Bay Inn and Cottages. Lunch can be had at either as well or The Pier Waterfront or the Prince Cottage located in the Roosevelt Campobello International Park. Pack a snack or lunch for the hike from the Campobello Value Foods or Nikki’s Island Convenience and have a picnic while exploring. So many self made adventures on Campobello Island that offers a piece of tranquility and the feel of your own island.

Today and always we remember Joe
In 2017 Joe Howlett was tragical killed while disentangling a North Atlantic right whale in the Gulf of St Lawrence
Entanglement is a serious threat for all marine life, not just the lethality but the long lasting sub lethal effects it can impart on whales
Please support the Campobello Whale Rescue Team and other disentanglement teams. Talk about entanglement, learn the facts not the misinformation.
