Explora Journeys has really transformed the traditional way of cruising.

Sisimiut, the second largest city in Greenland. Many Inuit art and gallery within the city. There is even a dog city there. Walked around town with a local guide telling us a lot of their stories.

Our Expedition Leader added the small village of Kangaamiut, Greenland this afternoon. This small village of 300 people treated us with a mask dance and a choir singing at the local church. They even have a pipe organ.

Traditional Greenland life of hunting and fishing are practised here.

From Ilulissat, we viewed the amazing Eqip Sermia Glacier, a UNESCO heritage site both on the water and from land.

A highly active glacier with regular calving that drains into Disko Bay.

The vessel has to maneuver through a large amount of ice to reach the coast of Ilulissat.

Arrived at Paamiut, a fishing town of 1,500 residents.

We were advised not to buy anything there except souvenirs as they do not get supplies regularly especially during winter.

Their supply ship arrived the day when we were there. Yeah!

Thankful that we are able to get supplies everyday.

Maniitsoq, the Venice of Greenland with a network of canals and waterways.

Started the day pretty misty but later on cleared up.

Walker around finishing off with a concert at the local church performed by the locals. Great singing!
