What an incredible week celebrating cultures from around the world 🌎❤️

A huge thank you to all of the parents and grandparents who took the time to visit our program and share their traditions, stories, languages, music, food, and experiences with the children. Your presentations brought so much joy, curiosity, and learning into our classrooms.

Learning about different cultures helps children build empathy, respect, inclusion, and a greater understanding of the world around them. We are so grateful to our amazing families for helping us create such meaningful experiences for our little learners. ✨

Our Grade 4–6 after school crew turned into scientists and engineers this week! 🌋 They designed and built their own volcano, painted it, and experimented with the ingredients to see what would make it erupt the best. Hands-on experiments like this spark curiosity, encourage problem-solving, and help children learn through exploration and teamwork. Watching their excitement when the volcano finally exploded was the best part!

Happy International Women’s Day! We’re celebrating the incredible women who make our preschool/after school care such a special place. From teaching and guiding to comforting and cheering on our little learners — our educators do it all with heart. 💜

So lucky to have Urban Safari Rescue Society visit our preschool today! 🐍🦎 The children were amazed meeting rescued exotic animals up close and learning how to care for and respect creatures from all over the world. Hands-on learning at its best — curiosity, compassion, and a whole lot of “wows!” 💚✨
