Operations Update: The wildfire in Rutherford Valley has now been classified as Being Held, which means BC Wildfire doesn’t expect it to spread with the current resources and weather conditions. Thanks to the recent rain, cooler temperatures, and the hard work of the amazing firefighters and support crews, the fire activity has slowed down. Thankfully, the fire has not reached our Hidden Peak trail.⁠

We’re awaiting the go-ahead to resume heli-biking, and with more rain on the way, we're optimistic about getting back out there soon.⁠

Will you be visiting Whistler this Christmas? While it's still 4 months away, we're starting to see the bookings roll in for our sightseeing tours over the peak season. If you're considering a helicopter tour around Christmas and New Year's, we recommend booking in soon! Here are some handy tips for booking:

✨️ Best Tour Time: 3 pm is our last tour of the day (and near sunset) for beautiful light and afternoon glow. Want to start the day with a thrill? 9 am is our first tour of the day. These time slots are booked up first!
🌨️ Weather Days: We love the snow - we always want more of it! However, it does mean we can get weathered out of flying. We recommend booking a heli tour at the start of your trip so that you have backup dates available if we need to reschedule you.
💫 Book with no obligation: We offer a very flexible cancellation policy and don't require full payment when booking. Simply cancel more than 24 hours before your tour and get a full refund. Book over the phone or by email with our team and you won't pay a cent until you check in for your tour on the day!
🧊 Glacier Landings: Want the experience of landing on a 12,000-year-old glacier that overlooks the Whistler Valley? Book our BC Experience tour. It's 24 minutes of tour time with a (Weather dependent) complimentary landing on Rainbow Glacier.
🚗 Don't have a car? No problem. We offer a free shuttle service from Whistler Village to the Heliport!

Operations Update: Unfortunately, we are extending our operational pause on Heli Biking due to the ongoing wildfire situation in the Rutherford. All bookings will be rescheduled where possible to August 19th and onwards. We do apologise for the inconvenience will provide an update next week!
