MacBride Waterfront Trolley 2025 season is underway.

The trolley will operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1pm to 6pm as well as Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 8pm.

We will also be serving drinks on the trolley Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 8pm.

The trolley will travel from the Roundhouse to Rotary Park with stops at the White Pass building and the Yukon Visitor Centre and then return to the Roundhouse. A round trip is approximately 30 minutes. Staff will be providing an interpretative overview of waterfront history during the ride.

Tickets for the trolley will be available at the front desk at MacBride Museum or onboard the trolley with cash or Square payments on board. Tickets are $3 per person for all ages.

We are accepting pre-bookings from daycares only who may call 667-2709 or email [email protected] to pre-book.

We look forward to seeing everyone on the Waterfront.

The trolley will not be operating in 2019.

The Government of Yukon has chose not to fund the trolley operations, and as such the trolley will not be available in the summer of 2019. MacBride cannot afford to operate the trolley without funding.

Previously, the Government of Yukon provided core operational funding and maintenance dollars each year since the trolley began operating on the waterfront in 2000.

The trolley driver is ill and the trolley will not be operating today. Sorry everyone. Trolley 2018 is over. Thanks to everyone who came out ride the rails this summer.

Unfortunately the Waterfront Trolley will NOT be running today due to mechanical problems. We will have it back up and running as soon as possible!
