When was the last time you spent a day outside in Brandon's prairies?

🌾 Begin at the Riverbank Discovery Centre, where the landscape shifts between river views, marsh habitat and open prairie. Stop inside to get your bearings, learn about the area and ask what seasonal rentals are available before heading out along the paths.

🦌 Nearby, the Peter Sawatzky Sculpture Park brings prairie wildlife into focus through striking outdoor artwork. Follow the paved walkway to spot sculptures of different animals tucked into the landscape. It is a quiet, creative stop that pairs naturally with a walk along the riverbank.

🍃 To stretch the adventure a little farther, head south of the city to the Brandon Hills Wildlife Management Area. With wooded paths, rolling terrain, wetlands and prairie grasses, it is a rewarding place for hiking, biking, birdwatching or taking in the season.

Brandon has plenty of ways to get outside. Start planning your itinerary today: https://manito.ba/4vqYVTV
