We have had busy days and long hours in our office. I certainly wish it was booking the fun and amazing family vacations ... but sadly it is not. Most of our work has been cancelling vacations, rescheduling vacation time and working with airlines for interrupted vacations. 😔 We are having a hard time keeping the positive in our day! It is tough when we have to tell someone that their vacation has been cancelled and they may not be getting all or some of their money back. It makes me feel sick to my stomach.
Some vacations are simply postponed (dates to be announced). Some folks are getting full refunds and/or 100% future credits. That is keeping us going! It will all come around and we will travel again!
🤝 Even though we are busy with are guests that have booked with us ... if you know of someone that needs desperate help, contact us and we will see if we can help and/or give some solid advice. This is the time to stick together and give a helping hand wherever you can.
💕 Please check on the elderly and people who cannot care for themselves.
