Due to lots of enquiries and some confusion about pricing, we made some changes.

Cost for each person is $50 per 5hrs, minimum 2 persons is required per time slot.
This means the first group booking a time slot must 3 or more, but once a group has booked a time slot, others can book freely without minimum restrictions.

Summer is here, escape the heat and the crowd by cooling off at Madeline Lake (30min drive from YK). For $50 per person get 5hrs shared use of all the following:

4x single kayaks
3x tandem kayaks
4x stand up paddle boards
1x 3 person canoe
Adult Life Jackets
BBQ and Griddle
Cooking Supplies
Access to washroom
Living room and rest space

With summer fast approaching, I am pleased to invite you to rent our private lakeside property at Madeline Lake for daytime use. This is an ideal opportunity to enjoy a secluded outdoor experience with a comprehensive range of amenities.

The rental package provides a 5-hour reservation and full access to our private dock. To help you make the most of the water, we include tandem kayaks, canoe, and adult life jackets. For your convenience on-site, the property is equipped with a BBQ and griddle, cooking utensils, and some salt and seasonings. Additionally, guests have full access to our washroom and shower facilities.

At the end of the season, we invited the coaches, children, and parents from the NWT Judo Association to join us for ice fishing and snowmobiling. The kids had an amazing time and even caught some fish 🐟. Everyone spent a wonderful day together.💯
